Rock Out Camber (Camrock with a flat zone between the feet)
Overview
The Salomon Assassin is an all-mountain freestyle & park board designed for intermediate riders and up. This is one of the hallmark boards in the industry for freestyle versatility. Making it popular and a quiver killer favorite, especially with its approachable mid-flex and Rock Out Camber (camrock).
The camrock profile offers camber between the feet for edge hold, stability, and pop. With rocker in the nose & tail for playfulness, easy turn initiation/exit, and float in deeper snow. The Quadralizer sidecut allows for all types of carving, from quick, tight turns to long, drawn-out carves. The mid-flex on this board allows for stability when riding at higher speeds and in variable terrain. While also enabling forgiveness and playful energy when in and outside the park.
From the factory, you get beveled edges to help prevent edge catches on snow or jibs. As well as a base tune and wax right out the gate. Lastly, the core-embedded Popster Eco Boosters add liveliness and snap to this deck, making it easy to ollie onto features and boost side hits with ease. And if you want a bit more stability and snap, you can always upgrade to the Pro version.

PROFILE
Resort V2 Directional + Flat Kick Technology (Camrock w/ Flat Kick in the Nose & Tail)
Overview
The Spring Break Resort Twin provides a predominant camber profile between the feet, for edge hold, stability, and pop. Along with rocker in the nose and tail with flat-kick-tech in the tips. This will help keep you afloat in deep snow while also providing a large spatula-like area to use for presses and engaging ollies.
The mixed fiberglass layup delivers a reliable mid-flex that keeps you stable in rough conditions yet remains flexible enough to be playful and ankle steer when needed. Carbon stringers are included in the layup to increase snap and power transfer to the edges when turning.
The Resort Twin also comes with a slightly wider waist, which increases stability and float while also helping to prevent booting out on those harder carves.

PROFILE
Camrock (camber between the feet with rocker in the nose and tail)
Overview
One of the most popular snowboards in the Jones lineup, if not THE most popular, is the Jones Mountain Twin. An all-mountain freestyle twin that floats, jumps, grips, and rips. Jones’ 3D shaping (i.e., spoon tech) is present in the nose and tail, providing ease of entry in and out of turns as well as float in deep snow. Turn ease and float are amplified even more with the camrock profile, adding rocker in the nose and tail. Making the Mountain Twin forgiving and playful.
All that play is then balanced out with camber between the feet for pop, edge hold, and stability. The edge bite is then increased further by adding Jones’ traction tech—additional contact points for grip on ice and hard-pack snow. This creates an extremely well-balanced and versatile snowboard that can carve, ride the park, and take on pow days. The mid-flex reinforces the focus on versatility, while the Freeride/Freestyle inserts allow you to change binding placement for a more set-back stance on those surprise pow days.
Overall, you really can’t go wrong with the Mountain Twin. It’s a great choice for intermediate riders and up who enjoy riding the whole mountain as much as the park. A board for going fast, throwing spins, getting in the air, and exploring the whole mountain.

PROFILE
Directional Camrock
Overview
Imagine the Ride Deep Fake but mellowed out just a tad, and voila, you have the Ride Moderator! The more playful little brother to the Deep Fake. The same taper, setback, directionality, and all-mountain capability in a more mellow package. This is the new “hotness” from Ride as a new unisex board to their line for those who love to “free the ride” with “freestyle flair.”
With extra camber between the feet, you won’t find yourself lacking in pop or edge hold. A slight rocker in the nose combined with almost 2 cm of setback and 6 mm of taper will keep you floating on deep days. The directional twin shape will allow you to ride the switch with ease for laps in the park and side hit sends. The softer flex is key in making this board more approachable for intermediate and even beginner riders. It also makes the pop easier to access and carves easier to initiate and control.
If you’re an intermediate rider looking for an all-mountain board you can ride anywhere, or a more advanced rider looking for a more playful freeride deck, then don’t sleep on this new quiver killer, the Ride Moderator.

PROFILE
Fusion Camber (Camrock with smaller amounts of rocker)
Overview
The Rome Stale Crewzer is Stale Sandbech’s pro-model snowboard. This board is designed to conquer the whole mountain, but with a heavy freestyle flair and focus. If you have seen Stale ride, then you know what this board is capable of. The Fusion Camber is predominantly camber, giving you pop, edge hold, and stability, with a small amount of rocker in the nose and tails for easier turn initiation, float, and easily accessible ollie power.
The flex of this board is on the stiffer side of medium, delivering better stability for rougher terrain, high speeds, and big landings. Although this board has a slightly longer nose, making it a directional twin, it can be ridden as a true twin due to its symmetrical sidecut and profile.
This board is a top all-mountain freestyle/park deck for strong intermediate riders and up. If you want to hit the big park line, boost jumps, throw spins, and ride fast all over the mountain, then this is the board for you.

7- YES GREATS
RIDING STYLE
All-Mountain Freestyle
SHAPE
Asym Twin
FLEX
7 out of 10
PROFILE
Camrock (Camber with nose & tail Rocker)
Overview
The YES GREATS is an all-mountain freestyle asymmetrical twin that delivers high-level performance off every side hit, jump, and bump you can find. The slightly stiffer flex delivers stability at speed and in variable terrain. While the camrock profile provides pop underfoot with float and forgiveness out in the tip and tail.
The most prominent feature of the YES GREATS is the Asymmetrical MidBite. Your toes don’t grip like your heels, so why should you board? The toe-edge starts with a larger radius sidecut outside the bindings and then bumps inwards to a tighter sidecut radius between the feet. The heel-edge is similar but has an even tighter sidecut between the feet that runs for a shorter distance. This increases edge-hold on the heel-edge, which creates an overall more balanced ride as gripping on the toe-edge comes more naturally to the body. This also creates a naturally narrower waist, which then increases torsional flex for carving control and freestyle play.
The end result is an all-mountain twin that grips, rips, and spins in all directions with ease. Intermediate riders and up can take this board into the park, trees, groomers, or pow for a great time. (one of our team’s personal favorites) And if you need some more guts for speed and airtime, you can always upgrade to the Greats XTRM.

9- YES TYPO

SHAPE
Directional Twin
FLEX
7 out of 10
PROFILE
Camrock (2mm of rocker at nose/tail & 4 mm of camber)
Overview
The YES Typo is a top-tier all-mountain freestyle snowboard. Based on the design of the YES Basic, the Typo is the upgraded “big brother” with more snap, stability, and speed.
The camrock profile makes the Typo more versatile, as it can handle pow, groomers, and park with ease. The stiffer flex improves the stability for high-speed carving, off-piste charging, and big air landings. The Sintered Spec base will help you keep speed and retain wax, while still providing durability.
One of the biggest features that comes with the Typo is its Underbite. The Underbite edge-tech by YES is a wide indentation on both edges(toe & heel) at both binding insert packs. This creates two additional contact points right under each foot on both the toe and heel edges. These added contact points drastically improve edge hold and allow for direct steering control right under each foot. Additionally, the locations of the Underbite regions allow natural break points for changes in the sidecut radii. Creating 3 distinct radii sections that improve the “smoothness” of carving transitions.
For intermediate riders and up, the YES Typo will take on the park, lay trenches on groomers, boost side hits, and smash pow, all in the same day.
